A glory could be found in Carcar a small city in southern part of Cebu, Carcar city hold's one of the best Chicharon in Cebu. Due to it's freshness, Crispness, and Cheapness. 

What is Chicharon:

Chicharon are pork cracklings that are deep fried with a little amount of salt. It's best to pair with vinegar and side dish for Lechon Baboy. Chicharon is also best for pulutans. 


Carcar City could be reach taking SRP from the city of Cebu, An hour and a half drive is enough. This landmark tells you that you are in the right place. 

This area is called the parking rotunda, this is where the road to Barilli to the southeast and Argao straight to Santander to the southern part separates. This place is also the place where multicabs and chappy cabs that could bring you to closer places in short time, parks their vehicles in an allotted parking area near the public market. 

Around circling the area there are small establishments and stores that are serving both local and foreign consumers. Small or big they still contribute to the rising economy of the City.

13/52 Big serves at Sbarro

The career don't say anything, If a man's hungry he should eat. Oho going on with a hungry stomach, I went to Ayala to hangout with a new friend. Both, we choose to eat at Sbarro, 

Sbarro serves  European, French, International and Italian classes of Pizzas, They specialized in Pastaa, Pizzas and Salads. 

The place could ever tell what's the big BOOM inside, The atmosphere of Italian scene could be viewed from then and there. The attendants and crews were attentive and pleasing. They really attain your needs.

Every time I passed by Sbarro in Ayala I could always see a lot of Cebuano's who are fanatic of their BIG serves. They weren't cheap at all, But the food is one worth paying for.  Remember that you are what you eat so, what you eat should make you full, that's the important thing :D

For one big bite, I had Hawaiian and Daryl had Chicago supreme. 

This mouth-watering delight totally empowered that lowly energy I had after seeing my grades. With some orange soda, my meal was complete. That was once enough for one good dinner with a new found friend. I had one good burp of full satisfaction, and surely I'll be coming back soon to know and eat more.

12/52 I'm not looking for chicken

I love to eat chicken, "chickieholic" a friend's cat name for me. At least I don't gain allergies from them. Chicken goods are found everywhere, So I'm still glad they come out as one of the cheapest from the food market.  


That was Friday when Natasha and I were scrolling at Ayala late in the afternoon when we passed by a Mother's fried chicken tarpo saying 'Budget meals at Mother's Fried chicken for only 50 pesos' The budget meals were, hamburger with chips, Chicken burger with chips, Pancit Palabok, and Pancit bihon. 


Without more hesitations we dropped by and ordered some. I had the palabok and Natnat had chicken burger with chips. 


What is PALABOK?


Pancit palabok is a noodle dish with shrimp sauce and topped with several ingredients such as cooked shrimp, boiled pork, stir fried squid, fried garlic, sliced hard boiled egg and crushed chicharon.


This treat will surely relieve your hunger. This one's my FAVORITE :)

I am a fast food junkie; I know i have to admit. Maybe because I'm racing against time as always.  I'm a big fan of McDonald's (MCDO) because of three reasons that me myself could see, feel and discovered, 1st: MCDO crews are trained to be Customer-oriented, (they love their costumers), 2nd: Great food taste, lastly: good food at value prices.

In the Philippines McDonald's has grown to become one of the leading fast food chains with close to 300 branches nationwide.

  
Before, back when I was young I really love eating in fast foods because of the kids, the play area and yummy food. But now I'm in college I already learned that frequent eating at fast food restos will be so unhealthy for me, so i try often times to lessen the fast food goodies intake. But I still love MCDO like a kiddo :)
